The other alterative is that there is an error in the license information that you entered into your .config file. Please ensure that you enter both the license key and your name exactly as is appears in the license information sent to you by email. Further clues to the nature of the license exception can be found in the license exception error message.

Only the Enterprise edition of IPN Easy for .NET is compatible with WCF and WF.
